Using Workbench behind a proxy server?
by Nachum Hurvitz - Wednesday, 6 December 2017, 7:38 PM

I viewed the video from this past SharkFest and downloaded Workbench to try things out. I assume I am getting this message:

Windows: Opened [Console]
Workbench Service API: Workbench could not connect to the service API. You are not connected to the internet.
Workbench Service API: Workbench could not connect to the service API. Please check the Workflow credentials via the settings configuration window.

because I am behind a proxy server. I dont see anywhere in the settings where I can specify one, is it possible?

Hi Nachum,

It should work from behind a proxy.  Which Windows release are you using?  Also, if you start Internet Explorer and go to Internet options, what settings do you have under the Connections -> LAN Settings?

Internet Options settings

I don't need the IP addresses, just the Automatic configuration and Proxy server settings?

Thanks and regards...Paul
