Paul Offord has had a 39-year career in the IT industry that includes roles in hardware engineering, software engineering and network management with companies such as IBM, National Semiconductor and Hitachi Data Systems. Paul's role in the TribeLab project is to define the overall strategy and manage the development effort.
In a recent online interview, Paul said that he believed that any technical support person could learn Advance7's way of troubleshooting IT problems. He then made the bold statement that he is "... determined to prove it can be done".
Barry has had a long career in software development that has included roles as Solution Architect, Technical Architect and Software Developer. He is currently leading the development of the Workbench software.
Outside of software development, Barry's passion is drumming; over the summer he performed at various music festivals.
Matthew's background is in product development and support, he joined Advance7 with a limited experience of troubleshooting operational IT problems. He completed the in-house development programme in 2012, and within 6 months of joining us he was successfully troubleshooting complex system problems. To a large extent, Matthew is a TribeLab prototype.
Matthew is currently heading the development of the Workbench workflow system.
